Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- A degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Preference will be given to candidates having a Degree in Law / Engineering / Personnel Management.
Experience (as on 21.10.2025)
- Must be a serving or Ex-Military Officer from Army, Navy, or Air Force having held the rank of Major / Lieutenant Commander / Squadron Leader respectively and above.
- OR
- Serving or Retired Police Officer of the rank of Additional Superintendent of Police and above or equivalent rank in BSF / CISF / ITBP / Fire Department / Jail Department.
Age Limit (as on 21.10.2025)
- The upper age limit shall be 62 years.
Selection Process
- The selection process will be conducted through a Competency Mapping Test.
- This test will comprise of In-Basket Exercises, Group Discussion, Case Discussion, Presentation Skill, and Personal Interview.
- Shortlisting for the Personal Interview will be based on performance in the preceding tests.
- The final selection list will be prepared based on the overall performance in all five tools of the Competency Mapping Test.
Application Fee
- All candidates must pay an application fee of Rs. 800/-.
- The fee must be paid via Demand Draft (Having CTS Code) drawn on any Nationalized Bank, payable to “Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd.” at Mumbai.
