Eligibility Criteria
This LDCE is open to candidates from the following cadres who meet the specified criteria:
- Upper Division Clerks of the District Ministerial Cadre.
- Senior Secretariat Assistants of the Arunachal Pradesh Secretariat Clerical Service Cadre.
Educational Qualification & Service Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree/Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Must have completed 6 (six) years of regular service in their respective grade.
- Must possess at least five ‘Very Good’ consecutive ACR/APAR grading for the last 5 years.
Selection Process
The selection method includes a Written Examination and a Viva-Voce. The marks distribution is as follows:

- Fill out the application form carefully.
- The filled application form must be recommended by the Cadre Controlling Authority, including ACR/APAR grading details.
- Only applications nominated by the Cadre Controlling Authority will be considered.
- Submit the duly nominated application form along with all required documents to the office of APPSC on or before 30th October 2025 by 3:00 PM.
